The Main Street Mastermind Group is exclusively for locally-focused businesses such as coffee shops, food trucks, boutiques, repair shops, attorneys, and other businesses that rely on face-to-face interaction to build relationships with their customers and in their communities. The vision of our group is to re-energize the spirit of Main Street America, where neighbors know business owners on a first-name basis.

Martin Brossman has been a success coach since 1995 and has developed a distinctive approach based on the Aikido martial art and the principle of finding the path of least resistance. Martin has worked closely with hundreds of local business owners and has developed his strategies “on the ground,” by observing the successes and failures of “bootstrap” business owners who had to think creatively with small operating budgets.
Dave Baldwin is an independent business consultant with a combined background in technology, marketing, and finance. Dave has worked with over 200 small businesses since 2007. Dave enjoys creating financial “dashboards” that allow business owners to see a useful and intuitive view of the numbers they need to make decisions.
